2011 Audi TT 2.0 Quattro Coupe Quick and Nimble
Audi invited us out to a California track a little more than a year ago for some hot laps in its new TT RS. Fresh out of development, the enthusiast-tuned variant of its ever-stylish coupe was fitted with a turbocharged 2.5-liter five-cylinder sending 340 horsepower to every corner through Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Quick, nimble and offered only with a six-speed manual, the gussied-up two-seater was not only the ultimate expression of the chassis’ capabilities, it was a gift to those with a passion for driving.

Lexus LFA Nurburgring has a V10 engine to equal a total of 562 horsepower
Details of the Lexus LFA Nürburgring finally came out since its debut two weeks ago. The official word is that the Lexus LFA Nürburgring gets an extra 10 horsepower from the V10 engine to equal a total of 562 horsepower; like this is some big news, sigh…. I was expecting at least 60 to 80 more horsepower.

2012 Hyundai Accent design styling
Hyundai has wrapped the 2012 Accent in the company’s fluidic design styling, and while some feel the language can be a bit overwrought on models like the Sonata, it looks right at home on a canvas this small. Up front, designers have paired the corporate hexagonal grille with aggressive headlights and stylized fog lamps set low in the front fascia for an expressive face that flows easily into the hatchback’s side. Lines pull from the headlights into the hood and up the A-pillar for a cohesive look. Similarly, an athletic crease originates at the front fog lights and runs upward all the way to the vehicle’s tail lamps for a sense of motion.

2011 New Price BYD e6 Increased Drastically
Chinese automaker BYD raised a less-than-stellar 1.42 billion yuan ($219 million U.S. at the current exchange rate) in its initial public offering in Shenzhen, China late last week. Analysts say that BYD’s IPO was weighed down by weak investor sentiment and worries over the automaker’s poor performance.
